Possible problems with - Position Manger - Roster

I am a ACC that oversees the Recharting process for my Council. Recently it was brought to attention that some of our key3 members where having trouble editing the profiles of their unit roster- in My.scouting. We have been instructing our unit recharter processors to clean up their rosters in my.scouting first.Then when it was time to process the charter, it should be smooth sailing. What would be the recommended path ?

What are you telling them to do specifically to clean up their rosters?

Are you talking about changing registered positions using the Position Manager at my.scouting?

Or are you talking about editing profile information such as mailing address, e-mail address, etc.?

To have others help, you would have to give more details. When they try to change positions with position manager, what do they see? What error do they get?

When they try to edit their profile info, what do they see? What error do they get?

Without these details, help cannot be given. Is it a bug? Is it user error? Is an access use? Not known without details.
