Previous MB version disappeared

Ed,

We have another dilemma. A scout earned 1st class July 22, 2025 under the 2016 version. That version is now expired. We are trying to approve requirement 1 for Star rank and get the message “Youth has not earned the previous rank and is ineligible for marking this requirement complete”

What do we do?

This is a known issue. Scoutbook plus is only looking at the version of rank the Scout should have had recorded in the DB which in this case is 1st Class 2022. The developers are aware and working on a solution.
