Primary Unit Designation/Editing

My son is dually registered in two scout troops. One is an LDS troop and the other is a newly formed troop meant to carry over when the LDS charter expires at the end of the year. The direction given for the transition is that the LDS troop is to remain the “primary” unit. Both units appear in Scoutbook. How does one 1) determine from looking in Scoutbook which one is designated as primary, and 2) edit it if it is wrong.

Note that the LDS unit appears first in the PC Web app, but that the opposite is true in the Android mobile app.

Scoutbook does not allow the designation of a primary unit. Both are equal. A conversation between the leaders of both units would be helpful to understand who will handle what for the scout.
