@EdwardZee Please log out of Scoutbook, and then log back in.
It seems like you have multiple sessions open, so you need to log all the way out.
I am encountering the same issue. The scout profile has correct address but blue card shows old address in FL. The scout lives in NJ. Member ID 137180972. Please let me know how to get the address synced to profile.

@RobertPhillip a Unit Leader or parent can go to advancements.scouting.org - select Scout - select Personal info top right - change address. there and save
Usually editing the profile and saving without making any changes will force a sync.
The IA is updated correctly.
Have tried saving the change again to force the update.
Finally see the sync. Thanks.
