I have entered a scout rank up to Star in Scoutbook Plus for Troop 349, Metropolitan 2-14 (in Los Angeles, Calif). I created a Purchase Order #1054388. I clicked on “Download Purchase Order (In-Store)” but the Purchase Order does not show the scout rank up to Star. Also, I clicked on “Advancement Report” but Scoutbook Plus does not generate any report.
I have also tried logging into Scoutbook Plus using another computer. But I was also not able to download a correct Purchase Order that shows the Scout rank up to Star and also not able to generate an Advancement Report for the Scout rank up.
Do I have to un-approve the rank up of that scout, and then approve the rank up again? Not sure what you mean. I will try to see if I can reapprove it.
I tried removing the Scout from the Purchase Report and then adding the Scout’s rank up into a new Purchase Report. But that did not work.
After further review, I was able to find the ‘Unapproved’ button. I reapproved the Scout’s rank up to Star. I am now able to generate a correct new Purchase Order and Advancement Report with the Scout’s rank up info.
