SB plus issue- When I go to Needs awarding or Needs purchasing, the merit badges are there but not the Ranks. There are no ranks at all on the reports and no, they do not need approving. That report is empty.
I’m having the same issue. We are trying to create our pamphlets for Court of Honor and need to purchase rank patches and no rank achievements appear at all in those reports. They were not previously ordered, they are all marked as approved, and they are not marked as awarded.
It is an annoying known bug being worked on - if you go to bell at top right or Qucik Reports Advancement report you can see and print it
That didn’t work either. The bell gives me “Items to approve” and “Needs Purchasing” as options. The second one gives me this error:
I don’t see anything in Reports or elsewhere called Quick Reports Advancement Report.
In the advancement section? No, that’s the problem, none of the rank achievements show up in that list, so I can’t move them to the PO. They also don’t show up in the Need to Award section, so I can’t mass mark them as awarded.
I think you are maybe in the wrong place. I was struggling too. Click on anything that brings you from SB to SB plus. Then click roster on the left and then the drop down for quick report. Then Hit advancement report. Can you see that? This work around world for me. I can’t print it but at least I have a complete list!
I am having the same issue as others. And Quick Reports for the Advancement report, does not work either. I am set up as Admin (should have full privileges), but can’t even obtain the Advancement report.
Hello, I am T74 advancement chair and I am seeing same issue as Stephen, “Error: Your position do not allow you to perform this action” when I click on Quick report, Advancement report in Scoutbook Plus. I have a COH scheduled on Monday and my purchase order in scout book plus only shows Merit Badges for purchases but not Ranks. I can’t purchase Ranks patches if these do not show up in Purchase Order. Store won’t let me buy. Can someone please look into this matter urgently and help.
This is a known issue. The developers are working on it.

They’re working on it doesn’t really help those of us who are struggling with it and needed it to be able to work for courts of honor. I feel like your district executive might be able to help you get a work around if your Scout store requires a purchase order. I literally just sent in a typed list and they were fine with it at my Scout store.
Is there a timetable for the fix? I’ve got 36 rank advancements for our CoH and I’d love to not have to look up item codes and prices and type them into a PDF.
For me, Advancement report also only printed MBs and not Ranks.
Scouting America IT does not release timelines for fixes.
