Rank advancement not being added to purchase order

I have a fairly large purchase order created and I have been able to add all the MBs, Rank advancements etc to it. Recently finished BOR for 6 scouts and marked all their rank advancements in Scoutbook Plus. I added these to the PO and it worked except for one Scout who just got Star.

I tried a couple of times, also unapproved and approved again, but try as I might this particular entry is not bein added to the PO.

What am I missing?

We have duplicated your issue and reported it.

I suspect the ranks will be on the To Purchase and To Award tabs tomorrow as we had a similar report earlier in the week and they appeared a few days later.
