How do I remove an item from the purchase order list for a Scout who has already been awarded his Eagle patch. He is not on the need awarding report, just on an open PO report.
If you go to the scout’s advancement page (My Dashboard → My Units → Unmit Roster → Scout’s name → Advancement), I believe that you can click through the the Eagle rank and mark it Awarded. I am assuming that it already shows as Leader Approved by BSA Administrator (since units can no longer Leader Approve Eagle in Scoutbook). If not, I would hesitate to mark it Awarded, and instead would put a note in the PO to indicate it doesn’t need to be purchased, and mark it purchased after the BSA marks it Leader Approved.
