Scoutbook reports not accurate

I am trying to run a purchase order for our rank advancement. There is old advancement from last year on the PO. I go back and look at the needs awarding and the Needs Awarding and those items are not listed as they have already been awarded. How do I remove them from my P.O.?

The purchase order is not dynamic. If the award was marked awarded after the purchase order was started, it will remain on the PO. You will need to delete the PO and start over.

Awards are not included if they were included on a previous PO or are marked awarded.

After you purchase the awards on a PO, you should be closing the PO and then creating a new one for the next shopping trip.
