I have open Purchase Order 1064948 which appears to have items that no longer appear on it after they have been marked as awarded. My understanding was that POs are treated as historical records. We use POs to substantiate purchases for reimbursement but now the PO does not match my receipt. Has the PO functionality changed?
No. Closed POs have always preserved information. Open POs have always dropped items marked as Awarded, since they would not need to be purchased, and therefore should not appear.
@JamesMayled- WHY would expect an OPEN po to retain items post being marked awarded. The PO is nothing more than a shopping list.
