@RobbJones - I use the payment logs to track summer camp and membership renewal fees and wave for our full accounting. On # 2 it is most likely amounts that exist in former member/leader pay logs. I would suggest a search for past members to see if there are amounts owed to the unit and make transactions to zero them out.
Thanks Stephen, I was wondering if it was due to past members as well, but how do I search for them as they no longer show in the system?
On payment log report - turn off the current members only checkbox
I cannot find where to even generate the report like we used to in scoutbook legacy.
Why is it that national bought this site, then proceeded to completely dismantle everything useful about it. It actually makes me glad my son turned 18 last month and I will no longer have to deal with this site anymore once a new person takes over my responsibilities with the troop. Everything, and I mean everything is more difficult to do on scoutbook plus than it was in the legacy version.
@JosephSkaff - do you mean the payment log report
That is not the same report. That is a huge log that auto downloads. I. Legacy it actually gave options like posted above where I could do just a summary of the scout accounts. Set time-frames and such..
Like what Donovan posted. I can’t find that anymore.
@JosephSkaff - did you click on that report it is what Donovan posted
Odd, when I clicked it it just auto downloaded a report of all transactions. I will make sure I am clicking/have the same screen available to me once at home.
@JosephSkaff - if you were in the Quick reports section then i can see that as it is a download.
On each scout page there is a run report which will run a payment log report on that scout
