What are DEVs? And if they don’t have an issue, but I am…what would be causing mine?
@AmyTerriquez - the dev’s would be the development team. And that is why I suggested a screen share to see the issue live and perhaps find a root cause.
I’m happy to do a live thing but I’m not near my computer right now…can you do it on a phone?
