Whilst in Scoutbook Plus attempting to enter a Quick Entry for my den, I cannot add any scouts in the left-hand column to complete the quick entry for the adventure. I’ve checked and made sure it’s the most current version of the adventure. When I hover over the check box to the left of the scout’s name, my cursor turns to the “no” symbol (circle with slash through it) and I can’t add any scouts. I’ve seen a few other posts on the forums but none explaining how they resolved the issue. Any suggestions???
@ChristopherPrimrose- the scouts are in the appropriate den ? Additionally has a key 3 in the unit checked your permission settings? I gather that your registered position is den leader?
I am the assistant den leader. I recently had a Key 3 member reset our permissions (my wife is assistant den leader too) so we could perform the advancement function in Scoutbook Plus. I’m able to go in to an individual scout’s profile and enter/approve the adventure, but the quick entry would be soooo much easier for our large den.
@ChristopherPrimrose- ok..and the key 3 have you assigned to that den? I wonder if you would need sub unit support permissions? The pdf has been updated and I suggest that your unit key 3 review it.
