Quick Entry error?

Hi, I am still having issues with using the unit quick entry for my den. The cub master has granted all three permissions and it has been more than 24 hours. See attachment for what I am seeing. I select the requirement, then enter the details, but all scouts are showing not eligible, even though some of the scouts in my den, should be. (the blue box ones are not mine, but the orange box ones are). Example, member #141105513 is one of the scouts in my den.

@AmyTerriquez- not eligible usually indicates that the scouts are in the wrong den for the advancement.

They are in the correct dens. I can edit all of the scouts in my den individually but that ends up being too time consuming when all 12 scouts are there and I have 3 requirements to mark off. The quick entry is much faster and I used to be able to do it before the roles were updated.

@AmyTerriquez- are you den leader or assistant den leader? Which permissions were given

I am the assistant den leader and I was given all three permissions by the cub master.

@AmyTerriquez- all three permissions and those would be ??

Advancement Approver, Awarder permission, and Advancement Editor.

@edavignon any other suggestions? I still do not have the ability to do the unit quick entry despite the permissions.

Does individual advancement work @AmyTerriquez

Yes. Individual works but is too time consuming when I have 12 scouts and 3 requirements to enter.

@AmyTerriquez have you tried an incognito window to do it?

@AmyTerriquez - no i was talking about a live connect to your pc.. that is a screen share.

Either an Incognito Window or a Private window - what browser are you using?

I have tried with safari, I have tried with chrome and Firefox. All browser do not work.

What browser is incognito on?

All of them have that. The DEVs signed in as you and had no issue - so it is confusing
