Each time I have attempted to mark off the items we have covered in a counseling session for several scouts, while it allows me to check the scouts and the items and put in a date, after hitting submit its as if nothing was entered. Surely other MBC’s mark the partial completions as they go too, right?
@FrankRichardson Could you post the BSA member number of one or two of the Scouts you are having difficulty with?
Are you using Quick Entry for Merit Badge Counselors on the “My Dashboard” screen?
Sounds like the scout is still in a pack in Scoutbook
