Quick Entry for Scout Leadership Date issue

When going into Quick Entry for Scout Leadership it will not let me UPDATE.
Claims dates are not in correct format (MM/DD/YYYY) when they are entered in that format. Tried DELETE, changing date using included calendar tab, full date entry by hand, restarting SB, Restarting computer… all with no changes. Could not find info in forums

And…? I have feature assistant which dose this mean that a SB forum is not the place to ask about any outside SB issues?
