Is there a way to mark a Den/group of Bears Cub Scouts (for example) rank complete using any kind of Quick Entry? Since Cubs is “Do Your Best”, cub ranks are sometimes awarded at the end of the school year w/o the cubs completing all the required/optional adventures. I know that you can go individually to each cub and mark their rank complete, but I cannot find a way to do this using Quick Entry.
No. The Cub Scout Program Office wanted ranks tied to adventures. If you disagree with this you will need to get your Council staff to advocate for a change.

Yeah, thought of that. It causes another issue down the road when parents (and leader) are looking for an accurate record of what was really earned, especially when making the AOL arrows typically given to graduating cubs when crossing over into Scouts BSA. We all know that it doesn’t matter officially, but I’ve found that it does matter to most parents/leaders.
It is either Do your Best or be accurate - your choice
You could fill out a paper advancement report to purchase the ranks.
Do Your Best does require doing.
