We have an upcoming COH and I have all merit badges and ranks entered and approved. When I go to the purchasing report, I can only add merit badges to the PO. The ranks don’t show up in the list to be added. I saw another thread that showed someone from the SB+ support manually adding them for the poster behind the scenes. but that post is closed. How do you add the ranks to the PO?
Additionally, I notice a highlighted notification for additional advancement and when I clicked it, It shows all our scout’s cubscouts advancement waiting to be purchaced. I don’t even know where to begin with this issue. Do I remove them? does that remove the earned advancement from the scout’s cubscout record. Why is another unit’s advancement bleeding through into my unit? This is a troop, so most of these kids haven’t been in cubscouts for several years.
@AlexMauer- are you working this from the advancement tab on the roster view? I just checked my to purchase tab and I have ranks, mb, awards listed including an eagle rank patch.
Usually this happens when the pack didn’t finalize everything before they officially transferred to the troop. Unless something looks suspicious, I’d just mark it all approved and awarded. You could even have a conversation with the parents to make sure it is legitimate if you want.
Can you check if they appear under “to award”? If they are on a different purchase order, you’ll see the number there.

does it have anything to do with not dating and approving each section of requirements? Just dating and approving it using the quick method on the left?
If a rank has a final date @AlexMauer and it is NOT approved it will show - you can post a Member # (no name) or a Scout and a rank you think is missing and we can look.
