Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
Hi, I have an account that I have a member id# and a Scoutbook ID# for but I can’t log in with any of the username or passwords I have. There are 3 scoutbook users shown on my Pack roster with my name. I have 2 different member id#, one with my trainings and one that is accepted to the Pack. I can log in to one that has an affiliation with the Pack but cannot access anything. In the end all I need is the account that has been approved but no access.
This account I can log into, has all my training but no affiliation with the Pack.
Member ID# 13518630
Scoutbook ID# 13432889
This account has been approved to the Pack but I have no access too.

Scoutbook ID#2764614
@MarvinClemmons that is all cleaned up - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number 13518630
@MarvinClemmons The parent / child “Relationships” that Donovan is referring to are not in Scoutbook.
Your local council can use their Registrar Tools to update them. You will want to get your parent / child Relationships under your correct BSA number. If you don’t, your BSA member numbers might get switched at Recharter, and this could result in the creation of a duplicate Scoutbook account.
If your parent / child Relationship is correct, you will see your child (or children) at my.scouting under “My Application”.
