Receiving error for Snow Sports MB using Quick Entry

I’m getting an Error Page when I try to enter requirements for the Snow Sports MB using Quick Entry from the following locations

  • Quick Entry for MB Counselors, located on My Dashboard
  • Quick Entry, located at the bottom of the Troop page
  • Quick Entry, located on a Scouts profile page

Every time I get the following error message
Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.
Our webmaster has been notified and will fix it ASAP!

I am, however, able to add requirements for Camping MB by using the

  • Quick Entry for MB Counselors, located on My Dashboard
  • Quick Entry, located at the bottom of the Troop page
  • Did not try the Quick Entry located on a Scouts profile page but I assume it would work

I think this is a bug in the system but just in case, here’s some other info that might help…

  • I’ve attempted the following Quick Entries in Snow Sports
    – multiple scouts with multiple requirements,
    – multiple scouts with one requirement,
    – one scout with multiple requirements and
    – one scout with one requirement
  • I tried changing the requirements version year
  • I have also tried the same in Chrome and Firefox.
  • I am signed in as a Troop Admin
  • I have the Scoutbook Feature Assistant add-on installed on both browsers

@AaronLaird I am not seeing this error - are you marking specific Requirements?

Yes.

I tried 1 through Alpine 7a-j and then I tried variations on that like just 7a-j or 1a,b. I think I may have even include 5 in all of my attempts. Can’t remember for sure as I’ve tried many times.

try this - Go to unit Roster > Click your name > click Admin > click Update - that might solve it

The system appeared to go through an update process and then I tried the QE for MB Counselors. I selected 5 scouts and checked 7d,e and I still received the Error page.

And the same occurs when I try the QE through the Troop page.
