Receiving "Warning, another user is using the same e-mail address" warning

I have been receiving the “Warning, another user is using the same e-mail address” warning in Scoutbook for some time now, because I think I accidentally created two accounts. My “correct” account (or at least the account that I would like to use) is

SB User ID: (removed by Moderator)

Member ID: (removed by Moderator)

and is correctly linked to my son’s Scoutbook account. Strangely, my Scoutbook profile page otherwise is pretty empty, as shown in the screenshot.

Would it be possible to find and delete the “other” account that is using my e-mail address?

@TheodoreWong- i would remove the email and youth name from your post as the forum is publicly viewable

@TheodoreWong you had an old parent account - that is solved - I would also say to stop going to scoutbook.scouting.org - everything you need has moved to advancements.scouting.org

Ah, right, I’d gotten the two sites confused. Will bookmark Advancement instead.
