I have a unit with similar issue. I called it in to National Help Desk and was added to the list of units that are having similar issue. Sounds like its only units that have a Feb 1 renew date (at least for the moment thatās the only units). Plenty of other units moving along just fine with recharter in Nevada Area Council.
Can we go back to packets in the mean time? We still get the blue dot spinning of death.
Iām getting the same error. Has National answered yet that what is assumed is actually the case and just need to wait, or is there something we need to do to fix it?
Last we heard they think it is units starting with charter on 2/1
I think it is the reset thingamabob. Most units start on 2/1, right?
Most units expire on 12/31 and start new on 1/1. There are waves of other units on other schedules such as 2/1 to 1/31.

From National: āThis issue is currently being addressed by Development. Effective date is listed as March 1st rather than February 1st. This incident has been marked as resolved because this is a system issue which will be resolved across the board.ā
In other words, itās still not fixed!!!

Someone at Council submitted a ticket and got the message. Ticket closed due to a resolution coming āacross the boardā.
Our Troop is in the same boat as well. Council wanted this in before the end of the year and we have some leadership changes, however we cannot finish the task. I try to check the link several times per day. Just waiting for it to resolve.
I am still seeing this issue on Dec 28 but I have a Key3 delegate who can get in no problem to one of my units.
@WilliamDannenberg doeses this mean as a unit in NAC I cannot complete our recharter yet? I am getting this same error. Please let me know. The last I heard it had to be completed by Dec 31.
Same error here in Three Rivers in Northern New Jersey. Canāt even get into the Recharter system to start gathering the action itemsā¦
