One of our adult leaders, (name removed by Moderator) (7978814) claims she took all YPT modules, and sent me a copy of the completion certificate. She is still showing as expired, and the system will not let me finalize the recharter. Please advise.

She has multiple Log ins and MIDs - I put them under management in my.scouting.org > Menu > Manage Member ID - all training should flow to
7978814 as it is set as Primary now - 1-24 hours
