We are in the process of migrating, finally, to ScoutBook - several previous attempts were foiled by need to dedicate attention to COVID. Largely ScoutBook/ScoutNET reflect our internal records but not in all cases. We are going through and auditing each scout. One thing we can not figure out is how to mark cyberchip as having been earned in PREVIOUS years. I imagine we will run into similar issues with other repeating awards like summertime activity. Any hints on how to do this in either ScoutBook or IA?
Use the note field to indicate the Cyber Chip recharge dates. This is not something the BSA tracks so there is no provision for it as a regular award.

Scoutbook has four awards that each cover a range of grades. They can only be earned once each.
