I have a recently signed up Scout in Kindergarten whose birthday makes him old for his grade. Scoutbook auto set current progression for Tiger because of the age numbered during registration. I couldn’t find a way to reduce his rank to Lion in either Scoutbook nor in MyScouting > Unit Dashboard / Roster. Please advise and thank you for your time.
A Key 3 member (Cubmaster, Committee Chair, Charter Org Rep) can edit the Tiger den, remove the Scout in Kindergarten then edit the Lion den and place the Scout in the den.
I’m a Key 3 and will try this right away. We have small numbers, so I had the Scouts in the Dens for whomever is in the combined group. Lion/Tiger in one Den, Wolf/Bear in another, etc. It worked because the system kept the correct rank for their age until this one Scout was off. I will separate each Rank into it’s own Den and go from there and report back. Thanks!

Scoutbook Plus uses the rank of the den to determine which adventures a Scout can work on. It does not support combined rank dens. You must have a separate den for each rank.
