This adult is fully registered in BSA and is listed on the Pack 7037 roster in my.scouting.org with the BSA ID # 127682997. She is registered as a Pack 7037 Tiger Den Leader in my.scouting.org. However, she is not in the Pack 7037 roster on ScoutBook. When I select +ADD LEADER to assign her as the Tiger Den Leader for Pack 7037, it pops up and says “No record found that satisfies the search criteria.” She is also a multiple adult with Crew 7851. She needs to be in ScoutBook to add scouts’ advancement.
@TrinaThomas that is fixed - Council needs to move the AKELA Relationships for this user from 14206594 to 127682997 so eveything is under one number - the position will show up over night - not assigned to a den
