Registered Parent Access Issue

137236281 is the registered parent’s ID and is not able to access their scout under MID 137236264. The parent has another mid of 137236265. they have had multiple ID’s in the past that have all been added to one profile but they are still having issues accessing their scout.

One of the Unit Key 3 or Key 3 Delegates can connect the parent’s account to the scout via the scout’s profile in SB+. I posted some graphics and an exlanation in this thread:

If the parent relationship already exists under one of the other Member IDs, the council registrar needs to move the parent relationship to the “correct” (current) Member ID. Using Manage Member ID unfortunately doesn’t accomplish that. I’m not 100% sure what would happen if the relationship already exists for one of the “secondary” Member IDs and you add one to the primary Member ID.

@JordanSandoe Please ask the local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up the Scout. In the Relationships" tab / section, she should be listed as parent only under member ID number 137236281. She should be removed if listed as parent under any other member ID number(s). This will help to reduce the creation of duplicate Scoutbook accounts.
