Parent Connection To Scout BSA ID Numbers

I am requesting assistance with reconnecting a parent to their two Scouts following an out-of-council transfer into our units. One Scout is currently registered in a pack and the other in a troop, and the parent is registered with both units. However, the parent is unable to view or access either Scout in Scoutbook+. We have confirmed that all three individuals have active registrations. Please review and ensure that the correct BSA Member IDs are properly linked and that the parent/guardian relationship is correctly established for both Scouts. BSA Member IDs for all three individuals are provided below. Please let us know if any additional information is needed. Thank you.

Parent Member ID - 142043843

Daughter in Pack Member ID - 142043842

Daughter in Troop Member ID - 142187703

@DarrenFerlazzo this is what Unit leaders can do in Scoutbook+ > under Scout Profile > Relationships > add Parent using the correct Member ID and info for the parent.

Or Council can add the info in their tools.

Its more that than, this is what happens when you click on the parent profile. The parent has no access to their scouts.

Did the parent accept the email on the relationship being added?

Yes he did accept it

Either way this is more of a council issue - if they need help they can send in a National membercare ticket

Ok thank you for the help.

It has been a week since the last time the parent logged into SB+ - so if the relationship is new I would first try that at least

@DarrenFerlazzo The parent’s relationships are messed up. The parent shows as both “Father of” and “Daughter of” the Scout with first initial M.

The local council can fix this with their Registrar Tools.
