How do I see scouts that have registered and paid registration through scoutbook?
There is not registration or payment on Scoutbook - Key 3 can see registrations on my.scouting.org > under unit menu > unit roster
I am Chair of Finance Committee. We are collecting registration fees through me. Where can i see a screen of scouts that registered with QR link on scout book? I was informed they paid fees through this
Are these new Scouts or returning?
What QR code are you referring to?
It sounds like you unit or council is doing something “different”. The only fees collected in the system are auto collected when a person registers renews.
Instead of going on what you have been told, what are you trying to do?
At my.scouting.org, go to Menu > Application Manager. That is the page for viewing applications. New applicants will have paid national and council dues, but if you need to collect unit dues that won’t be included (and is presumably why you are looking for that information). Once the scout is accepted into the unit, they will also appear on the roster page.
The Invitation Manager at my.Scouting has the QR code for registration. The Invitation Manager is part of the Application Manager.
Thank you! Yes, I seem to be getting closer to information. It says 8 applications submitted, but when I try to run a report to see it is blank.
@EtanGoldberg Sometimes that indicates a timeout issue. Please try logging out at my.Scouting, then log back in and try again.
@EtanGoldberg Inside the Application Manager, you should be able to click on the filter icon (looks kind of like a funnel). Check the boxes next to “Closed” and “Completed” and select your desired dates.
