Rejoining Scout Assigned New Scouting ID

My cub just rejoined Scouts and even though we included her original BSA number with the application, she was still assigned a new number.

How can we connect to her old account so that we have access to the records of all of her prior achievements?

The newly assigned number is 140204278 (SB user ID 13092014)

@FelixVaks that is fixed - you used a middle name on one and not the other was the issue
