Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
When I try to view my youngest daughters account, I receive the Relationship Verification Needed. I cannot add myself, so my wife logged in under her account to add me. She looked up my account and attempts to add the relationship, but on the save, it throws:
Invalid request - “homeAddress” with value “” fails to match the required pattern
and further displays the regex that is failing. My home address is a country style address like: 12W345 Somewhere Rd., and I think it does not like the ‘W’
Looking at your account and your wife’s account, I believe you have 2 children, one connected to each parent. Your Council can use the relationships tab of Registrar Tools to connect you both to each Scout.
I will report the address error to the developers.
That is correct. And my oldest, my wife is missing from hers, which will result in the same error. I initially registered my one daughter, and my wife registered the other.
