SB+ Issue : Scout and Parent Names Associated Incorrectly

SB+ issue-
Scouts name is being listed incorrectly as parent name.

Scout ID 141748472 should be listed as Maxwell but is listed as James instead.

Parent ID 142019998 should be listed as James.

Can this be corrected? It is causing my husband to appear as the scout and messing up his SB+ and app.

@AlliMorrow this is a unit fix (or maybe even you) - in SB+ the Scout has James as the Nickname.

Ok, I see that and just corrected it. I think there may be another issue. My husband keeps getting a “relationship verification needed” message. But He is already also listed as a connection.

The relationship validation message is caused by your husband being connected to your Scout in legacy Scoutbook but not in the Akela membership database. You can click on the + under Relationships on your Scout’s page and add your husband.

Ok great! I have gone into legacy SB+ and added my husband under relationships now. Everything is looking like it is associated correctly now.
