So, I tried adding USR (91U) to my positions, and it didn’t impact my ability to edit the merit badges.

@RobertBrodner, can you try adding an Assistant Scoutmaster position to your account and see if it’s the combination of only USR + Troop Admin that is the problem?

Yep, it worked when I added ASM to my positions.
