If there is an error made and a unrelated person is linked to a Scout as a parent, how do we correct the error and remove the connection?

Hi, @CharlesOlson,
The easiest way to make the correction is to contact scoutbook.support@scouting.org, explain what happened, provide the scout’s BSA ID, the information about the incorrect connection, and the information about who the correct parent is, so they can make that connection (or preserve it, if it already exists).
There no way for a unit admin to correct a parent connection that I’ve found.
