Renewal Email not received

No Key 3 have received any emails for those who need to renew for our Pack 321, BT321 nor GT321. Makes us wonder if the members are receiving them? If these emails have just started which is what I am getting from our scout office only those 60 days out have just now started to receive them. What is the verbiage and links we can send to those who have either expired or are eligible to renew. Please advise.

Members renew at my.scouting.org. Click on the My Applications link then My Renewals. Parents, if properly linked to their Scouts, will see a renew option for both themselves and children.

fabulous! That is what I will put in their emails.

For those who have expired, is there a quick reapply in their my.scouting or what is that path I need to send them on?

I received my renewal e-mail on 7/2 (expire 8/31/24). I have no idea about Key 3 receiving e-mail. These are questions best addressed to your Council staff.
