As of yesterday, 1 July, none of our Key-3 delegates nor COR-delegate are receiving the automated ‘Member Renewal Information’ email. The only personnel that received are actual Key-3. Are there plans to expand this notification to delegates?
In our large unit’s case, there are critical actions for the COR and Key-3 delegates, such as treasurer, assistant cubmaster, training chair – to ensure we can manage/retain adult leaders.
If there are interim workarounds (besides us manually forwarding the email to our delegates), that would be great to know. Thank you for all that you do! YiS, Shawn
