Membership Renewal/Expiration Emails

As of yesterday, 1 July, none of our Key-3 delegates nor COR-delegate are receiving the automated ‘Member Renewal Information’ email. The only personnel that received are actual Key-3. Are there plans to expand this notification to delegates?

In our large unit’s case, there are critical actions for the COR and Key-3 delegates, such as treasurer, assistant cubmaster, training chair – to ensure we can manage/retain adult leaders.

If there are interim workarounds (besides us manually forwarding the email to our delegates), that would be great to know. Thank you for all that you do! YiS, Shawn

Sir – thanks for the response – can you clarify how so? (to make sure I properly articulate/point in the right direction) The email notification is an automated feature in my.scouting – I’m not aware of anyone having permission to edits who the email is sent to. Thanks again for your efforts.

@ShawnSingh well council can send in a National Membercare Ticket for clarifications or change on the system
