Renewal Membership Error - No Primary

If you or others get this screen when they click renew in email from the system. there are 2 work arounds.

  1. At my.scouting.org - top right their should be a Bell with a red notification circle. Click that and you can get to the page to set primary.

  2. The URL for page to set primary is https://my.scouting.org/renewal/XXXXXXXXXXXXX/new/info (dead link) - the XXXXXXXXXXX is the Member # of the user.

I have a parent who has been having this problem. Is there a screenshot of what the “set the primary” page looks like?

@RobertReeves2 I do not have a screenshot - but these instructions work for individuals or parents in my testing

This seems to be an issue if using the link in the reminder email or text messages. The parent who has a relationship in Akela should log into My.Scouting directly. Either click on the bell as noted by @DonovanMcNeil or click on My Application and then select the My Renewals Tab (far right) at top of the page.
