I have a youth who is currently registered with a pack, but he is not showing up in their Scoutbook roster. I’ve tried using the Support Tools to sync his profile to Scoutbook, but get the error message “Failed to sync to Scoutbook. Scoutbook user not found or deleted.”
He does have 2 Member IDs, one that expired in 2024 and his current one. There was a Scoutbook ID associated with his expired ID, so I tried to Change Member ID using support tools, to his active member ID. But when I tried that I got the error message “Failed to change Member ID. Scoutbook user belongs to a different council.”
Expired Member ID (connected to Scoutbook) is 140724855
Renewed Member ID (Not found in Scoutbook) that should be kept is 141456932
