Receiving an error stating: “Failed to sync to Scoutbook. Scoutbook user not found or deleted” the member is an active and registered youth in the unit. Member is also multipled in GSLAC.
@JordanSandoe I have switched the Scoutbook account back to your council. I will need to ask the developers to create a Scoutbook userID in GSLAC.
