With recruitment season upon us, we often think that scoutbook signup is automatic. It would be nice to have a report (already tried report generator) to generate a report to connect with adults to their scout’s account.
@TrevorStrosnider well first issue if person is not in SB we cannot report on said person - as a solution I would use ROSTER Builder to make a Report Showing all Scouts and Parents - then you could surmise what parents are not connected.
now if you are looking for a report for those that have actually taken the steps to connect once invited - that is a little different
What I am looking for is a report to show the broken link that is pictured:
I would like a report of all parents that are listed under the scout, but not “active”

Currently I need to go thru each scout’s profile one by one, which is very time consuming, loading pages between 50+ scouts.
If you go to the unit roster in Scoutbook, and click on the gear icon above the youth roster and select “Show Parents”, it shows the broken/completed links, as well as the cases where there’s only one parent listed for the scout (i.e. only one in the system with no invite sent out for a potential second).
Not a report, per se, but with screen captures, it could easily be one. For occasional screening of folks already known to be “missing”, it’s fairly fast and you can even click on the parent/guardian name to see their profile.
Thank you, this helps!
Note that the broken link only means they haven’t logged in. They still receive communications.
