I am getting an error when trying to run my Report Builder Manager saved report. I am able to edit the report via the Design menu, but as soon as I click Run the report gives me an error that the page isn’t working and that reportspd.scouting.org took too long to respond.
I don’t get this error with every report, and the report that I am getting the error on worked perfectly fine last week.
I can’t even figure out how to launch “Report Builder.” When I click on Reports from the left navigation bar, I only have 2 tabs: “Purchase History” (with message that I haven’t purchased anything) and “Reports” with a message reminding me that I haven’t created any reports yet. However, there’s no button or cog or prompt telling me to: “Build a Report”
