In report builder I was able to create a report. The report had individual scouts in each column and Rank requirements on each row. We would like to reverse this so the Rack requirements are the columns and scouts are the rows. This would be useful to see what requirements are needed by multiple scouts, so we can plan activities to help scouts complete requirements.
Assuming you can download the report builder report as a spreadsheet, use your spreadsheet program to do this.
In Microsoft Excel the feature to use is the Transpose feature.
