Report of Parents who have completed YPT

Scoutbook used to have a useful feature in the YPT reports that allowed the unit to see which parents who had joined Scoutbook had also completed YPT. That feature disappeared when the live link between the training database and Scoutbook was severed. Is there a way to check a parent’s YPT status other than to run their BSA number?

Hi, @CharlesOlson,

I believe you can still pull that information via the reports using the Feature Assistant Extension. It only works under Chrome and Firefox, and requires that the parents have their BSA IDs in their profiles (and that the YPT is associated with that BSA ID).

Chuck - did that work for you? I’m trying to get the same info. Many of our parents have completed the training and knowing which ones have completed that step would give me a good “short list” for who we might be able to convince to take the next step and register as a leader.
