It would be good to get feedback on email messages (how many recipients were sent, any rejections, % delivered, % opened, etc.)
It also would be good to be able to generate a report on all Scouts, and the email addresses assigned to that Scout and Parents so we can have parents review that at a parent meeting to ensure everyone is receiving the emails we think they are receiving.
You can run a report with the parent email addresses (I’d also suggest including phone numbers to verify also) go to the Roster Builder on the Dashboard and select the options for
Show Scouts
Show Parents & Guardians
Show Parents email
The Scouts emails will not show even if they are connected to Scoutbook but the parents will.
