Request SUAC Help to Merge Scout BSA IDs from Transfer

SUAC Members,
A Scout transferred into our troop and is now showing in our Scoutbook roster as BSA ID 13885488. This new profile reflects no achievements. The Scout’s parent provided a BSA Activity Report with achievements and a different BSA ID 135784486.
Can you merge or correct this? Or must this be corrected at District?
