We had a Scout transfer to our Troop but has nothing recorded on Scoutbook. This Scout also has duplicate accounts. The BSA ID from the previous Council is 136129106 and the BSA ID for the current Council is 14181786. What is the best method to get this corrected? Thank you so much.
