Request to delete my Son’s bad Scoutbook account - 19APR2023

Hi ScoutBook Support,

My son is trying to connect to the Scoutbook account I already created for him as a parent.

However, when we try to connect his account for him to access, it says he already has an account.

Please delete the account with Scout Book ID: 13076401 and Member ID: 140187495

@EngricanBudoy that is fixed I merged the accounts - system said there was a mis match in last name but as it is rather long I did not see it - make sure it is right in SB. Google login still works for Scout
