One of our scout parents has 3 SB accounts. I can only view one of the profiles so can’t provide BSA IDs for the extra accounts. The good one is BSA ID: 13431271. One of the bad accounts has an address of (removed by Moderator) and email of (removed by Moderator). The other bad account has address of (removed by Moderator) and email: (removed by Moderator). Make sure all training transfers to the good account. Thanks! Tanya
@TanyaSteinhofer I have merged this user’s Scoutbook accounts.
Please ask the user to contact the local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, they should remove him as parent under his secondary BSA member ID number. They should make sure that he is listed as parent only under his primary BSA member ID number: 13431271. This will help to prevent future issues.s
