A parent has a new BSA number 12467761. She said her prior BSA should have been deleted 13766921?Was this done?
Next, she cannot connect her BSA profile to her son’s account. Her son’s BSA ID is 12860573.
Thank you for your guidance.

BSA member numbers cannot be deleted, they can only be managed. Users can manage their BSA member numbers at my.scouting (Menu → Manage Member ID), but only if their name and DOB match.
BSA member number 13766921 belongs to someone else. She does have a second BSA member number, but 12467761 is the original / older one.
She had 2 Scoutbook accounts. I have merged them.
She should be logging in with her my.scouting username and password – not her e-mail address.
Hello! I have an adult that has two IDs that need to be merged please. One is connected to our scoutbook and advancement interfaces and the other one has his updated YPT info. This is for (name removed by Moderator) - 103082502. The member ID his YPT is under is 12581934 and shows him as (Nickname) not (Firstname). We would like the YPT to be reflected under his 103082502 number please.
@AlisonFreas This adult leader’s Scoutbook accounts have been merged.
He needs to log in with his my.scouting username – not his e-mail address.
@JenniferOlinger Thank you!
