A scout has forgotten their Scoutbook login password, AND no longer has access to their old e-mail account, which they had used to sign up. How can we help them gain access to their Scoutbook account? Their user ID is 135789696.
This is a contact council issue. They can reset the password for the Scout then the Scout can log in and change the e-mail.
